Located one mile from the centre of South Molton, this property is within easy reach of the town s markets, supermarket, numerous pubs and restaurants. Keen walkers should head to Exmoor National Park, which boasts a plethora of scenic routes, each displaying wonderful flora and fauna. Head to the coast to discover the string of sandy beaches on Devon s north coast, including Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Westward Ho!, together with a collection of traditional fishing villages and towns such as Clovelly, Lynton, Lynmouth and Porlock. The main living area of the property comprises an airy and bright open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which enjoys views across to the lake from the large patio doors and windows. The lounge area is a welcoming and relaxing space with deep sofas, a cosy wood burner and Smart TV. The corner kitchen area is well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. A door leads from the kitchen area to the delightful bedroom, a spacious room with a double bed and chest of drawers. The en suite bathroom is very well appointed with both a bath and a separate shower cubicle, as well as a WC. Outside, to the front of the property, there is a fantastic decked terrace which overlooks the impressive three acre lake. Table, chairs, sun loungers, and a BBQ make this a great place to relax amongst the quiet surroundings.
