6 Signals Court is an end terrace retreat situated near the village of Scalby in North Yorkshire. Hosting one king-size bedroom and a bathroom, this property can sleep up to two people. Inside you will also find an open plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with an open fire. To the outside is off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden to the rear with a patio, furniture and a barbecue. Located in a peaceful setting and close to the beach, 6 Signals Court is a desirable cottage in a vibrant part of England. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

This cottage is beautiful,well kept, clean comfortable and everything you need,a short walk to the beach, tesco just across the road, a pub 5 mins walk, very quiet. Would like to thank the property owner Amanda for everything and all the help she gave me when my husband took ill. would definitely recommend this place.

Close to town centre and short walk to the beach where the dog could free run and leap into the waves. The accommodation was perfect for us. Cosy and we appreciated the festive touches. Makes our visit to relatives perfect as we don’t invade their home and keeps things flexible. Special thanks to the host on the day of departure

We were very happy with Quqrterdeck, this is the third time we have stayed there.. It is an ideal little house for two for a late Autumn break as it is cosy and comfortable. It is ideally situated for walking to the beach and into Scarborough.

The cottage was handy to the town and the beach but the settee could do with being upgraded as we found it to low and uncomfortable to sit on, the shower could also do with being changed.. We did enjoy our holiday despite the weather.

The place was clean and usable,,,, but a number of improvements could be made :- The picture even on your email and online information is misleading it gives the impression of the place being a bigger place not converted into two small units with side doors.. .. lots of noisy floorboards need fixing Microwave in kitchen needs to be sorted as its dangerous, for two reasons almost fulls of the wall just one screw holding it up and the brackets are all wrong,,, 2nd its to high would be very easy to tip hot contenance over oneself Door of bathroom does not fit. Shower hard to use cannot get to the taps without getting into it, awkward when just doing ones hair etc, table under the stairs is very tight, Would suggest a re think down stairs perhaps remove the wall from the kitchin to the living area remove the two old pull out beds and put some 90 degree nice seating there from the side wall under the window to the kitching side, also placing a table there, the heating could go under the stairs...... a small wishing machine dryer could be fitted under a kitchen unit next to the sink,,, Kind Regards

The property was ideally located a pleasant walk to the North Bay.. We liked the modern compact house it was comfortable well equipped with parking outside. We came to watch the Tour de Yorkshire and it was a perfect sunny weekend

Lovely, comfortable cottage.. Only a five minute walk from the beach. Handy shop at the top of the road (tesco express ). Cottage was very clean and a nice wee easter treat for ourselves and our dog was left for us! Would highly recommend this cottage!
