The bedrooms consist of a double and an adult bunk bed, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a rear garden with a terrace and decked area with furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This property is pet-friendly, but smoking is not permitted. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop, within 0.2 miles there is a pub and within 0.6 miles, a beach. Ivy Cottage makes a wonderful escape to the coast of Isle of Wight. Please note: This property has a steep staircase so please be mindful and there are steps to the beach so may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

The small Victorian beach resort of Ventnor is located on the island's southern tip and is reached by a series of steep curving roads surrounded by stunning landscape. This lovely hamlet, which is sheltered by St. Boniface Down, one of the island's highest points and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, has a peculiar mild micro climate that allows tropical and exotic species to thrive. The gradually sloping sandy and fine shingle beaches and bays offer excellent watersports facilities as well as a variety of beautiful coastal pathways to explore, while the harbour serves a wide variety of fresh fish and locally caught seafood.

The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker’s paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.
