lovely property with a great location and perfect view. Unfortunately the amenities of the house itself and the condition it is in really put a damper on our experience. Lacking the very basics! No cleaning utensils at all, no soap, none of the appliance plugs fit the sockets, broken chair,not even a dish towel. Faulty and dangerous kettle. Construction going on in same property outside, flushing not working, drainage smells Broke shower door. No bathroom bins. disappointing.

Wonderful view over the bay. Beautiful place! Unfortunately, technical problems spoiled the holiday a bit. A repair service that was promised to us never came. A toilet that didn't work, the flush wouldn't work. Leaking current on the coffee machine. Only one burner could be turned on at a time on the stove; if you used two, the fuse blew. No toilet paper and other minor things.

There's no question that the location of the property is really exclusive and the view is fantastic. I would always give it 5 stars. Other holidaymakers have already reflected that the property is a bit worn and not ideally equipped. (No toilet paper, tea towels, etc.) But a minimum level of cleanliness is standard for us and unfortunately that was missing. Stained blankets on stained couch cushions, cigarette butts in between, various coffee stains, spiders... Not OK for almost €4000 per week. :(

We liked it very much, even in the off-season, small natural beach with a restaurant around the corner, Porto Pollo very nice larger beach with a lot of wind.

The villa is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The nearest swimming opportunity is very close by, in the romantic beach port of Porto Rafael. For beach lovers, the nearest sand is not far either - you can walk there in 7 minutes. The villa is very spacious, only the double room in the dependance is around the corner and cannot be reached dry when it rains. View is wonderful, especially in the morning! It was a wonderful holiday - the agency was also very friendly.
