Had the most amazing weekend away here, the cottage is stunning, views are out of this world and the hot tub is fantastic. Hayloft is fully equipped with everything you need and having tea/coffee/sugar, milk and biscuits waiting was a lovely touch. The owners are lovely, very friendly and helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We were amazed from the moment we arrived at hayloft.. It is a gorgeous converted barn that had a wonderful homely feel to it. With its log burning fireplace and solid wood kitchen table it had a great atmosphere. The hot tub was great, and all basic amenities were provided including an extra towel each for the hot tub. Amenities in the kitchen had everything we needed, milk tea and coffee etc . It is very much a hidden gem ! The location is beautiful, with gorgeous views of the North Yorkshire Moors. Wendy and Ben ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. Thanks again, we will definitely be returning!

Fantastic place to stay, the house and area was excellent.. Everything we needed was provided. The owners were around but not intrusive for anything we needed with help with the property to local knowledge. They were very flexible and we were well looked after.

Lovely cottage, spacious and hot tub great.. Ideal location to drive into Scarborough and surrounding area. The only suggestion we would make is that the log burner is lit for visitors arrival. It is connected to the main central heating so it was freezing when we arrived. Once lit it warmed through after an hour but was very chilly at first.

The cottage was brilliant and a lot more spacious than seemed from the pictures.. The kitchen was absolutely beautiful and all the bedrooms were lovely. We had contacted the owners during our stay and they were very helpful and accommodating. The area was really nice too, would definitely recommend visiting the Robin Hood's bay which isn't far away. York is 1.5h drive with a car and really worth the trip.

We stayed here for a week at the end of July. The accommodation is in an excellent location for visiting Scarborough, Whitby and the local area and the old railway line that runs between Scarborough and Whiby is located at the back of the property giving a great walk or bike ride. The property is well laid out with 3 bedrooms, and large garden at the back of the property, which is ideal for children to play out or even for a game of badminton or bowls (you do need to bring your own equipment). The hot tub made a fantastic extra and many an evening was spent sitting in the hot tub drinking wine and watching the sun set. We will be back.

The Hayloft barn was set in picturesque countryside, only 20 mins or so from Scarborough and not far from Whitby.. The garden is a great size for kids to run around in and the hot tub is a lovely touch for the adults to relax after a long day exploring. The owners live on the farm and made sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable they also kindly left us some biscuits and chocolates on our arrival! The kitchen is well equipped and we ate in for the two evenings we stayed, there is no bbq however the owners were happy with us bringing a disposable bbq. The only small issue was that the blinds did not block out the summer evening light entirely and this meant that sleep was affected, however as I said, this is a small issue in an otherwise lovely venue!

The Hayloft barn was lovely to stay in, unfortunately it was only for 2 nights.. ..really wanted to stay longer. Wendy and Ben have worked really hard to get the cottages ready and they look great. Everything we needed. The girls loved the hot tub, great way to start and finish the day! And thank you for the provisions in the cottage - great to find milk, tea, coffee and chocolates. Will definetly visit again x
