Haus Annes

We had a very nice stay. The house is spacious and has enough space for 10 people. The furnishings are a bit old-fashioned but that doesn't matter. Only a few small things need to be repaired, for example a loose tap. But everything was good, I would book again.

The house is ideal for a family vacation. There are enough bedrooms and everything was very clean. However, a window in the conservatory on the first floor was broken and should be repaired as soon as possible. The furniture was in good condition, but it was very old. The lady who handed over the keys was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for a long weekend at Holiday Annes whilst 9 lads visited the Nurburgring ring. This is in the perfect location between the entrance to the Nurburgring and the very popular Adenau town. The house is very clean and tidy. Everything worked apart from the TV remote. Not sure if it required new batteries or the remote is broken. Apart from that it did everything we required. Would stay again. The host is a pleasure to deal with but unfortunately doesn’t speak much English.

Went to this house with friends for a weekend in October, we went to visit the Nurnburgring. House was neat clean.

Nice house and very clean

It was not possible to cook in the object because the cooking pots, cutlery and crockery were unclean and rancid. A cooking pot even had ... contents, the pot was simply placed with the others together with the contents. The slatted frames in the attic were partly broken, beds on the ground floor and first floor were read through so not good for the back. The garbage can was overflowing and it stank. The cleanliness of the house was otherwise okay.

Lovely place & key holder she couldn’t be more helpful and if there was anything you needed she was there.

Two family houses in one. Ground floor quite modern. 2x double rooms, each with en suite. Kitchen/diner. Separate WC in the entrance hall. 1st floor is very much 1970s. 1x double room, 1x bathroom (shower, bath, WC), kitchen and a large lounge/diner. Attic has 4 single beds - mind your head!| Everything we needed was there, although we had to buy some toilet paper on day 1 (only 1 roll for the whole house). Land lady lives next door. No English spoken (German/Polish) but very nice.

Very warm welcome, spacious and comfortable house, very well located in relation to the Nurburgring.

Great for racing fans, since the Nürburgring is within earshot, there are 2 kitchens that are a bit sparsely equipped and you have to look for enough plates etc. to find them. Cleanliness was ok.

Myself and 6 friends stayed here for a trip on our motorcycles around the area, from the UK. Excellent house, and clean and tidy. Second time we have stayed, and not disappointed.

Spacious, clean house in a beautiful location.

Of the 5 bedrooms, only 3 can actually be used, but there are 5 beds in the attic, which in my opinion are only suitable for children. There are 3 bathrooms but two of them can only be reached through the bedroom. The facility is old but functional

Positive aspects: Quiet place with many amenities nearby (supermarket, restaurant, gas stations, etc.) Plenty of space to park several cars. Spacious house with garden, terraces, two kitchens, capacity for several people. Everything clean and in order. Negatives: The heating on the upper floors broke down and was frequently turned off. The space is very tight for 10 adults. There are three double rooms (6 people) and the rest of the beds are very small and are all in the attic, where there is not much space and the ceilings are sloping. In addition, the three bathrooms with showers are located inside the three double rooms, so you have to enter them to be able to access the bathroom and shower. This can be uncomfortable if there is no trust. The accommodation is ideal for three couples with children. More than 8 adults is too much. It is also ideal if you want to visit the Nürburgring circuit. I would return to the same accommodation, as long as fewer people travel.
