From this room stairs lead down to a cosy king size bedroom (please note that this has a lower ceiling) on the ground floor which can be made up with 26 twin beds by request, ample storage space and an en suite bathroom with a bath, handheld hair washing shower (please note due to the height restriction this does not have an attachment to the wall), and WC. Returning to the ground floor, a second set of stairs leads to a half landing off which there is a cloakroom with WC, and continues on to a king size bedroom offering its own TV and an en suite wet room with waterfall shower and WC. Again, this room is a flexible space which can be made up as twin on request. A further set of stairs takes guests up to the second floor bedroom, this one being a king size room, next to which there is a bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. Outside, to the rear of the property, a patio (this area is not enclosed) with garden furniture is a lovely spot to sit out an enjoy al fresco dining. There is off road parking for one car to the rear of the property.
