The property's outdoor area is very beautiful. The villa is also beautiful. The interior is very old and not clean. The beds were also very old and dirty. I bought bed linens on site because I didn't want to sleep in them. Otherwise, a very nice vacation spot and a very nice, quiet area. The pool is also great. Everything was good except for the cleanliness of the villa.

We stayed with five people and a dog in this "villa" in Agay, southern France. The positives: - The garden is very spacious and perfectly fenced for dogs. - The pool is very large and great for swimming. The negatives: - The house is unfortunately showing its age. You can see it everywhere. - The hot water and stove didn't work at first, which was initially blamed on us. - Broken light switches and fly screens. - No reception at the house for check-in - too expensive for the service.

The house is located in a beautiful, well-maintained area. The house has a large garden and a great pool. The room layout is good for two families. The village has a spa and a few good restaurants. The sea is close, but unfortunately, it's a bit of a walk back home due to the climb (the house is on a hill). There's a small parking lot at the beach.
