Very pleasant apartment with a 180° view of the sea and the islands. Starting point for hikes at the foot of the residence (Le tour du Frémur, St Briac, Fréhel and Fort La Latte ...) A small criticism of the parking you indicate "parking", on the phone I was told that there was a parking lot for the residence without a named space. It is in fact a parking lot open to all, also occupied by 2 boats, and invaded by beachgoers, it would be good to be more precise on this subject.

Smoker's apartment, a lot of things broken, dirty, smell of dog and cigarettes, ashtray on the balcony full of dog hair.

Apartment super well located, facing the sea. Very functional, furnished with great taste, all the essential equipment present with in addition provisions, very useful items on arrival like toilet paper, coffee filters, paper towels, spices, spare bulbs, instructions for use of the devices, in short nickel on this side. Just to report a leak at the toilet level, nothing dramatic, but there is still a puddle from time to time.
