The rental is great, a very beautiful view of the sea from the terrace and the main room with a large bay window. Very clean and very functional. The owners are very welcoming and very kind. 5 minutes from Dinard. I recommend this small studio.

Very clean studio, unfortunately not updated. Kitch decoration. Old utensils including the coffee maker. Uncomfortable and squeaky sofa bed, tiny shower, toilet system to be reviewed. Too bad to have to return the keys to the agency when we leave, whereas a simple mailbox outside the studio could be suitable. Compared to other studios, we didn't even have a bottle of water for welcome. Very disappointing.

Small quiet house with a very nice view

The view of the Rance and the Barrage is great, the owners very helpful and friendly. But the equipment mainly the kitchen is whimsical. It's missing things like a toaster, there's only a table knife, in exchange for a hot dog maker and an electric oyster knife. The shower drains very slowly. The bedding was French (1 large duvet for 2 people), should be mentioned in the description (we would have brought our own bedding then...

Perfect, a dream location very close to the coast, St Malo or Dinard. Very charming owners.

Object worth recommending. Located among greenery with a beautiful view of the garden and the bay. The owners of the house are very nice, friendly and helpful, and at the same time of high culture. The house was prepared with taste, clean, well-equipped, there was enough space for two people. The distance to Dinard is sufficient for someone who likes walking and doesn't want to have problems with parking. InterHome service on site very good.
