Very good location near the GR34 with a spacious garden and a sheltered terrace. Very well equipped and modern kitchen. For dog owners: the garden is fenced, but there are gaps. The house needs a refresh and renovation - the first step, the kitchen, has been done. Very sympathetic owner of the property

Very nice Breton house. Unfortunately not particularly well maintained and cleaned. After we had cleaned everything, we felt very comfortable. The facilities were otherwise very good. Our dog also felt at home immediately. Inside and in the house. The location so close to the beach was great. Unfortunately there is only a bakery 4 km away. The TV didn't work at first, but was immediately repaired by a specialist. Lots of German channels, so we could also watch football

The price is way too high for this rental. Housekeeping very poorly done. Rakes, pitchforks and the like all around the house with brambles. The furniture is really old apart from the kitchen. A French window has been repaired with a large wooden plaque replacing tiles. On the other hand, the bedding is perfect. This rental would be quite charming after renovation work inside and better maintained. We are very disappointed, considering the price we hoped for much better.

The house has spacious rooms, it is perfect for five to six people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two separate toilets. The beds are very suitable for a long lie-in. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you need to live there. There is a new lounge suite and a beautiful fireplace that can be used for an evening log fire. The garden is big enough to play volleyball and football. Behind the house is a nice patio with a grill. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach. Les Amiets is a fantastic and very spacious, large, fine-grain sandy beach that can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. A good boulangerie is 4 km away in Cléder, as is a well-stocked Super U. There are numerous creperies in the surrounding towns. The landlord is extraordinarily livable and courteous. We all liked it very much, we would love to come back anytime.– [ ]
