Garden at this property is excellent with fantastic views, only negative for us was the bed in the main bedroom was a bit uncomfortable, think a new mattress is required..

Warkworth is a beautiful place and estuary view fits there perfectly, my partner said I could not have picked a better cottage, this is the first time I have used Sykes but it wont be the last, everything about the cottage was spot on thank you to the owner for a lovely stay..

Great property Clean comfortable and homely Great secure garden for our two labs Treats left for us and the dogs! Everything has been thought about. Bed was wonderful. Pictures do not do it justice - lovely extra decking around conservatory and also a side garden area not shown in pictures. Very quiet too - despite being on the main road.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Estuary View.. The property is clean, well appointed and in an ideal position to explore the beautiful Northumberland coastline. There were many special touches the owners have made, such as guide books & information about the surrounding areas, as well as a very nice welcome hamper of goodies. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit.

Estuary View is a delightful holiday cottage.. Extremely comfortable, and full of little extras - welcome pack, fresh flowers, etc. The Conservatory is very special as is the garden. Lack of a washing machine was the only disadvantage but we did know about that from Sykes description. Would recommend to anyone.

We've used Sykes cottages for some time now as we trust them with our holiday choices (sykes set our benchmark for cottages), But from now on we will be looking at the details and reviews more closely as this one fell short of our and Sykes usual stantards.. Disappointed sums it up in one word... Some road noise needs changing to very loud road noise and dangerous when pulling in or out of the driveway the extra turning space is no use And reversing off the drive is not recommended as the road is very busy. There's loads of wastrd cupboards pace in the kitchen including the dishwasher (hope they rpeace the rusty saucpan and tin-opener)...With no freezer or washing machine time was wasted shopping each day. Not even a washing line to dry towels ect. TV reception was annoying 10 minits was about the best we got before it went off. Slept in the back bedroom as it was the quietest but had to go to the end of th hall to put the light on it really need another switch.. Taps are strange and never got used to then... I would not recommend this property We've had 3 sykes cottages this year and paid a lot more than usual as we thought we would have more luxury We've had cheaper and much better.... My other reviews on the sykes website are as honest as this one and hope people benefit from them... We feel we are very clear with the description of the property on the website and we do not advertise a washing machine or a freezer at the property and clearly state that as property is next to an A road, some road noise can be heard. If you had contacted ourselves we would of been happy to reslove any issues.

Estuary view exceed all expectations is was a delightful cottage and the welcome touches from the owners was greatly appreciated we would highly recommend this cottage to family and friends in our opinion this was 5 star ..

People who book this cottage should be aware that it is on a busy main road for the car's getting out of the driveway

An excellent base to explore both Northumberland and the Scottish borders.. The cottage exceeded our expectations in so many ways. There was a lovely welcome pack and lots of little extras such as tissues and fresh flowers in fact too many to remember! The bed was extremely comfortable and my husband slept well on the first night which is unusual for him. The garden was excellent with bird feeders so we could watch a great variety of birds including a woodpecker. Although I did very little cooking the kitchen was well equipped and when we had asked owner if there was a cafetiere she provided one. The village has friendly pubs offering good value excellent food.

Cottage matched up to the description and exceeded our expectations.. It provides an excellent base for a holiday in the area.

5 star cottage .. Exceptionally clean, Fully equipped . Superb location. Best holiday cottage we have stayed in ,and we have done many throughout the UK. Would recommend this to anybody. Well Presented.

Furniture,soft furnishings and all kitchen euipment well thought out and co-ordinated,and good quality too.. (only thing we missed was washing machine)Plenty information for surrounding areas.

Lovely cottage just like home from home.. Secure garden for our two daschounds. Walking distance to the eateries. Not far from secluded beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
