Optimal location for excursions

The garden is beautifully maintained. The apartment smells a bit musty, the air conditioning works poorly, and the Wi-Fi doesn't work. The welcome package consisted of half a roll of toilet paper. Two knives, two forks, and two cups—it was all rather minimalist and certainly not value for money. If you get the right apartment, the view is beautiful.

My stay at this ‘cottage’ was perfect, beautifully kept gardens and communal area were second to none. I couldn’t fault it. Just one thing to watch if your booking a taxi from the airport, make sure you have the correct address as there appears to be a deviation on the accuracy of the apartment address.

The outdoor area and the pool area were very well maintained and clean. Many terraces had a sea view (about 1 km) The apartment was good, the equipment mostly good. Plant and apartment on different levels (therefore many steps and stairs). No problem for us....

The resort is very beautiful. The house Erica 21 is very deserted around the corner. The facility is not contemporary or shabby. In our opinion, the refrigerator and the patio furniture are no longer usable at all. The keys were only handed over in the afternoon, although we were asked several times when we would be arriving. The ferry arrived in Olbia at 7.30 am. Otherwise it was a very nice holiday, but would visit the east-west part of the island again in the future.

We stayed for one week and had the most wonderful stay. The gardens of the apartments are absolutely gorgeous and upkept everyday. The room was clean, big and had all the amenities we needed. We had a balcony overlooking the garden and sea as well as a private terrace on top of our room with a 360 degree view overlooking Porto san Paolo and the sea. The location is perfect only a few minutes away from the town. The owners gave us the best recommendations and were always helpful. The only thing we were missing was WiFi in the room as it was only available by the pool area and our room was not overlooking the pool
