Carefully renovated with comfort in mind, this barn opens its doors to a peaceful retreat in Chichester. You’ll need a car to get the most out of your stay, but it’s just a short drive to the South Downs National Park and Chichester Harbour. The grounds are shared with a neighbouring home, but you will have a private terrace – perfect for sipping sundowners, and there are lovely garden views from the living room. The ground floor bedroom makes this home easily accessible for guests with reduced mobility.

*Due to the location of this home, we recommend having a car to get the most out of your stay – there’s also private parking for two cars.
*Please note the driveway is shared with a sister holiday home, so you may hear some noise from neighbours during your stay.
*This home is spread over two floors, with no internal lift – for those with reduced mobility, there's a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom.
*Hen and stag parties are not allowed at this home.
*Starter toiletries are provided in this home however you will want to stock up on other essentials such as coffee/tea - these are not provided.
*There is self check-in at this home - you will either pick your keys up nearby or there will be in a lockbox on the premises. Your host will confirm this before your arrival with instructions.
*Your host uses a 3rd party platform called Truvi for ID verification and to manage damage deposits, independently from Plum Guide.
