Holiday Rental Description

Set a short drive from the sea, this characterful Victorian home is a coastal retreat we think you’ll love. After a windswept walk on the beach, it offers a warm welcome – think delicious home-cooked dinners and cosy fireside evenings. And in the summer months, the heated swimming pool is a real treat, set in a pretty garden that’s peaceful and secluded. Some of the best beaches in West Sussex are on your doorstep too, like East and West Wittering, and historic Chichester is only fifteen minutes away.

Home truths:
*This home can sleep a maximum of ten adults and four children, who will sleep in the bunk beds. At full occupancy, four adults will sleep on the sofa beds – two in the second lounge and two in the children's bedroom.
*The super king and king-size beds here can each be made up as two singles on request.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The swimming pool is heated and only available for use between 1st June and 30th September.
*This home is equipped with a noise monitoring device, which doesn't record audio.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you upon request.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking for up to six cars on the driveway.
