Perched next to East Preston's shingled shores and a short walk from the village's shops and eateries, you're no more than a five-minute stroll from everything you'll need. Furry friends and little ones will enjoy the sprawling garden at home. Complete with an alfresco dining table, a tyre swing, and lots of space to run amuck, it's an excellent option for post-beach hangouts. Inside, it's bright, cosy and roomy enough for the whole family. Most bedrooms are upstairs, and the ground-floor bunk bed is only suitable for children. Still, this home makes a delightful coastal retreat, indeed.
Home truths: *One well-behaved dog is welcome here. They'll need to be kept downstairs.
*The bunk bed has a small double on the bottom and a single on top. It's only suitable for children. It's also the only ground-floor bedroom.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, high chair, and children's tableware on request.
*Toiletries aren't provided here. You'll need to bring your own or pick some up at the local shop – it's a five-minute walk away.
*There's private parking for three cars in the driveway. Angmering Station is a twenty-minute walk away if you’d rather not drive. There's also a taxi rank there if you have a lot of luggage.
*This home is on a private estate. There are noise restrictions between 11pm and 8am.
