Avon View, a reverse-level abode, consists of a first-floor kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a first-floor dining room with seating for six, and a first-floor sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size and a two ground-floor twins, along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a rear decked garden with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. Within 1 mile, you will find a pub and shop. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. There is a travel cot and highchair available on request. Make special memories with all the family at Avon View. Just 5 miles from Shakespeare's birthplace in Stratford-upon-Avon, Welford boasts 3 village pubs, including the award-winning Bell Inn which won the best dining pub in Warwickshire 2016. Welford also has a general store, a butcher's, a children's play area, one of the tallest maypoles in England, many thatched cottages and a popular golf club.
