The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a rear patio garden with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. Within 1 mile, you will find a pub and shop. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. There is a travel cot and highchair available on request. Walnut Cottage welcomes you for your next countryside retreat to Warwickshire. Note: Owner lives next door.

Just 5 miles from Shakespeare's birthplace in Stratford-upon-Avon, Welford boasts 3 village pubs, including the award-winning Bell Inn which won the best dining pub in Warwickshire 2016. Welford also has a general store, a butcher's, a children's play area, one of the tallest maypoles in England, many thatched cottages and a popular golf club. This area offers many lovely walks and cycle routes with The Greenway, Shakespeare Way and the Heart of England Way very close by. Stratford-upon-Avon is a popular tourist destination, featuring the famous Royal Shakespeare Company, and is the home of Shakespeare with many fascinating buildings connected to his family which are open all year round, boasting 16th century furnishings and beautiful grounds and gardens. The River Avon offers many activities including river cruises, rowing, motorboat rides and fishing. Visit the numerous National Trust properties in the area, Warwick and its castle, and the unspoilt Cotswolds villages of Stow-on-the Wold, Mickleton and Moreton-in-Marsh.
