Access the cottage down three stone steps from the driveway and enter through the side patio area into the hallway. Turn right for the spacious, open plan kitchen/diner with a feature wood burner. Here you have everything you need to prepare hearty meals with a double gas hob and double electric oven, American style fridge/freezer, microwave and a washing machine. A TV on the wall will keep the cook entertained and the large dining table is perfect for a sociable dinner together. The utility cupboard is located on the patio housing a tumble dryer. Head back to the hallway and into the lounge with comfortable seating where you can relax for a movie night on the smart TV. Pass through the arch into the bright and airy sunroom with a window offering lovely views of the garden and the open countryside to the hills beyond. This is an uplifting room to sit and relax in at any time of day. There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor with plenty of storage for your things and a view of the front garden. There is also a bathroom with a bath and WC. The front door is located at the far end of the hallway which you can use to walk over to the pub/restaurant. The patio area nearest the back door has a table and chairs and a long wooden bench seat with storage beneath, ideal for storing your walking boots. The other decked area is raised and accessed via several stone steps. There is a garage where you can securely store bikes and fishing equipment. Parking for two to three cars is on the private, gravel drive with double gates which can enclose the garden.
