Teviot Cottage is a luxury stone-built cottage situated in the village of Corbridge, Northumberland. Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size, and bunk room, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a kitchen/diner, and a sitting room. To the outside there is a small patio area for visitors use and open area with owner's garden. Parking is on street and the cottage comes with a visitors’ parking permit. The nearest locations are on Main Street or Princes Street, which are only a 2-minute walk from Teviot Cottage. Also use of the estate agents car park out of office hours. Resting in a pleasant area with peaceful surroundings, Teviot Cottage is a precious retreat in an unspoiled part of England.

The charming Roman village of Corbridge offers specialist shops, old inns and a 12th Century bridge spanning the River Tyne. There are many places of interest nearby, including the market town of Hexham with its narrow streets, shops and abbey, Hadrian's Wall, Housesteads Fort, Kielder Forest, heritage coastine and the cities of Newcastle and Durham.

A beautiful oasis, so peaceful and relaxing. When you arrive at the gate, you are surrounded by a beautiful garden. The cottage is wonderful, very charming modern property. Everything had been done to a high standard, made you feel at home straight away. Darren & Emma the hosts are marvellous. On hand if you need anything. Left us a beautiful welcome tray, really appreciated it. We stayed for the week, wish we’d stayed longer. We travelled all over, it was so easy to get around. The property is in the centre of Corbridge, so walking distance to the local shops, pub & Restaurants. Will certainly go again.

Spent a week in this delightful cottage in the centre of town but in an oasis of calm. Friendly and helpful hosts and the facilities are everything you could want (apart from an oven glove!). Modernised to an outstanding standard, this was a wonderful experience. The wee surprise on arrival was also much appreciated.

We visited here for two nights, what a relaxing weekend away. The cottage is set in beautiful gardens, tucked away yet very central. The cottage is very modern yet homely and offers a lovely hide away to chill. We ate out one evening in a pub a short walk away, then cooked the other, the kitchen is full of appliances and all the equipment needed. Great walks with lovely views near by.

We stayed at Teviot Cottage for one week. The cottage itself is immaculate and very clean. It has been refurbished to a high standard and provides everything you need (and more) for an enjoyable and comfortable break. The owner is very welcoming and left us a lovely welcome pack when we first arrived which was very much appreciated. The cottage is in a perfect location to explore Corbridge and the stunning surrounding scenery - we would highly recommend!

The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. Location was great too - nice little friendly village with lovely pubs. Only thing I would change would be for check out to be an hour later as 10am on a Sunday is a tad early.

Just a gorgeous cottage, the perfect place to stay for a couple wanting to get away from it all whilst exploring the steps of the Romans.. Darren and Emma provide you with outstanding hospitality in their high quality , well equipped cottage. Perfectly situated in the lovely town of Corbridge. We enjoyed cooking beautiful local produce and relaxing in the evenings after great walks in the sunshine we were blessed to have in Fecruary. Thank you.

This holiday cottage is stunning and the owners really have provided everything that you could possibly wish for.. From the well-equipped kitchen to the range of reading materials, the style and attention to detail are impeccable. Spotlessly clean and stylishly furnished, I felt incredibly relaxed and warmly welcome from the minute I arrived. Corbridge is a beautiful village with a fabulous range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and my week here flew by. So much to do and see in this area, I could have stayed on for another week and still not have tired of it. Thank you so much, I had a super holiday and would re-visit in a flash!

Just spent three nights at Tevoit Cottage.. Darren the owner is a genuinely nice chap who was able to recommend some excellent places to eat and visit . The cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. Corbridge has excellent facilities - brilliant pubs and curry house . Chip shop was excellent too. Well placed for visiting the coast and local attractions. All in all highly recommended.
