The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite, two doubles, and two singles, along with two bathrooms. Outside, there is an enclosed front and rear garden with gravelled area and furniture, and designated, off-road parking for one car. Highchair and stair-gate available on request. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles and pub in 0.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. Pear Tree Cottage is a charming base for a North Yorkshire escape.
