Popular attractions nearby include RSPB Titchwell Marsh, Blakeney Point and the Holkham Estate. There are glorious beaches at Brancaster and Holkham. Popular market towns and villages including King s Lynn, Hunstanton and Fakenham are within easy reach. Through the entrance hall of this lovingly renovated Norfolk farmhouse, which retains many original features including exposed beams and flagstone floors, you will find yourself in the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With a four seater sofa, 2 armchairs, window seat, Smart TV, DVD and a large inglenook fireplace housing a warming wood burner, the cosy and welcoming lounge is a perfect space to relax in at the end of a lovely day. The delightful dining area has seating for 6, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a range oven and 6 ring hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Leading off from the kitchen is a handy utility room which includes a fridge/freezer and a washing machine and next to this is a shower room with WC. Exploring the ground floor further you will find a comfortable double bedroom with TV and a zip and link king size bed, which can be made up into twin beds on prior request. French doors lead from the bedroom and out into the garden. Heading up the Norfolk winder staircase (traditionally narrow and steep) there are two further cosy bedrooms: there s a twin room with extensive views over the paddock and beyond, and a spacious double room with a king size bed. There is also a family bathroom with a roll top bath with hand held shower and an additional walk in shower. Stepping outside you will find a large enclosed south facing rear garden, which is mainly lawn, with a patio with garden furniture, where you can relax, unwind and dine al fresco. A BBQ is also available. You will also have the use of a one acre paddock beyond the garden. There is off road parking available for two cars.
