A doorway leads through to the kitchen which has a range of prettily painted units, offering an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and freezer. The steep cottage style stairs lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom is a delightful double room with a wooden floor, dressing table, and bedside tables. Whilst the second bedroom is a peaceful single room suitable for a child. The bathroom can also be found on the first floor and offers a shower over bath and WC. From the back door there is a shared path giving access to the rear to the neighbouring properties, There is an enclosed pretty garden with mature borders and a secluded seating area under a tree for which there is garden furniture provided. At the end of the garden, past the gate, the River Burn runs past, beyond which there is off road parking for two cars.
