The well-equipped kitchen area is fitted to a high standard, boasting a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and an electric oven with hob.

Upstairs, you'll find three generously sized bedrooms, including two double rooms, each with a king-sized bed, and a twin room with two full-size single beds. The newly refurbished bathroom on the first floor features a bath with a shower attachment, a WC, and a washbasin.

For a dining experience or shopping adventure, Braunton is nearby, offering excellent eateries and charming independent stores. Additionally, the town of Ilfracombe, is less than a 15-minute drive away.
