Lake View Cottage is a single-story spacious cottage that can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in its three well-presented and spacious bedrooms. This thoughtfully furnished cottage has been finished to a high standard to ensure a comfortable stay.

As you step into Lake View Cottage, you'll find a bright and spacious open plan living area. The lounge area features comfortable leather sofas and a wood-burning stove, where you can relax and watch TV. Towards the rear of this room, you'll find a dining area with a large table that can seat up to six guests. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.

Lake View Cottage offers three inviting bedrooms. The first is a spacious double bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room that has a door leading out to a private terrace area. The other two bedrooms are both twin bedrooms with full-size single beds and share the family bathroom, which includes a bath, a separate shower, a WC, and a washbasin.

Lake View Cottage is nestled in the serene countryside just outside the charming village of West Down in North Devon.

A short drive from the cottage will lead you to the coastal villages of Woolacombe and Croyde, both renowned for their stunning beaches, ideal for swimming, relaxation, and various water sports.

For a dining experience or shopping adventure, Braunton is nearby, offering excellent eateries and charming independent stores. Additionally, the town of Ilfracombe, is less than a 15-minute drive away.

If you prefer exploring North Devon on foot, the South West Coast Path is easily accessible, providing a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in the local scenery and wildlife. The Tarka Trail is another fantastic option, suitable for walkers and cyclists of all ages and skill levels.
