4 Manorcombe is a comfortable, mid-terrace bungalow set on the Honicombe Manor Holiday Village near Gunnislake in east Cornwall. With three bedrooms and a family bathroom with a separate basin and WC, the cottage can sleep six people. There's also an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, there is off road parking for 2 cars plus a patio area with furniture. 4 Manorcombe is a great base for discovering this lovely area.

All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 2 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over. Separate basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

Area
The small rural village of Gunnislake lies on the steeply wooded banks of the River Tamar. It has village pubs and a small selection of shops. Notably, the village sits at one end of the scenic Tamar Valley Railway - with regular services along the river bank to Plymouth. For something really different why not ride the scenic Tamar Valley Railway into Plymouth and spend the day in the fabulous Marine Aquarium or strolling the historic Plymouth Hoe?

Cottage smelt mouldy through out apart from the toilet which smelt of stale urine.. Everything that we stored in the cottage smelt mouldy when we got home. The bed was extremely uncomfortable having a very thin worn out mattress. We tried to air the cottage by having all the windows opened but it seems there may be a damp problem.

I was very disappointed because of the below reasons : 1.. The cottage had a rusty smell 2. The bathroom and kitchen were worn down and not clean 3. There was WiFi and no phone connectivity 4. We had no access to pool Over all very bad experience and spoilt my holidays . For a very similar price our friends lived in 42 Cairnside and it was amazing! Pls don’t book this at all !!
