Very nice house with a large garden and pool in a great landscape and a very nice view of San Miniato and the surrounding area. Ideal for dog owners. Trips to cities such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca or San Gimignano are possible within a maximum of 1 hour's drive. Very friendly house owner.

Idyllic Tuscan country house with enclosed, beautiful garden with fantastic views. Well maintained pool with sunny and shady places. Gorgeous old trees. Large dining table in the living room - great for families. Under the pergola in front of the house you could eat just as wonderfully and enjoy the view. The short distance to the kitchen was very convenient. Suitable for large families, also for 2 families (2 kitchens/2 entrances) Warm, helpful landlady. We will be back!

A pity that gathering possibilities the house is so neglected. Lack of hot water, broken furniture, dirt, insects due to lack of cleanliness (being in the country is no excuse for cobwebs and their guests hanging from every corner), broken dishwasher, no toaster, lamps without bulbs, exterior lights that do not they work... And a host of other things. And worst, the lack of desire to solve things. We went with the idea of enjoying the house and we avoided being there for a long time.
