The house makes a nice and clean overall impression and can be used as a starting point for beautiful hikes. Handover and billing went smoothly. In winter you should be prepared for higher energy costs as the heating is electric. The room layout with walk-through rooms and the bed layout makes it more suitable for the immediate family. The second bathroom was hardly usable for adults due to the slope and it can only be reached through a bedroom.

Large house, simply furnished but still comfortable. Unfortunately the beds in one room were pretty broken. The lighting in the whole house was very dim. Kitchen with everything you need. WiFi available and sufficient for Netflix etc. Heating and hot water via electricity, worked great. Settlement on departure was fair and simple.

Very good facilities, small and comfortable, a bit cramped for 11 people if you don't get out much. Unfortunately, it is not mentioned in advance that the heating is also powered by electricity, which increases the bill considerably. Contact with the landlord is uncomplicated and friendly. The second bathroom is at the top of the attic via a ladder, not suitable for older children or small children.

We were very happy with the accommodation. We were 2 families with children from 4 to 11 years. There was enough space for everyone.

The accommodation was clean, the kitchen had everything you could need and the beds were great. The only drawback: it was very cold in the house. All in all a nice little place to stay for short trips.

Common areas spacious and clean, well equipped. Only in a larger number (12 people including children), the number of beds (their distribution in the rooms) and the space did not meet our needs: narrow passages, cramped attic. Nice place, good arrangement.

A well-equipped holiday complex, the only drawback is the lack of sanitary facilities on the first floor for ten travelers. The billing of additional costs (energy) should be designed more openly for the guest.

Very nice landlady, nice house with everything you need. You can stay here for a very good price. Room with a fireplace, wood, dogs can romp in the garden, playground, 2 TVs, everything you need for the kitchen and bathroom, just a few small towels, but that's also possible. Were fully satisfied, 10 minutes to the Kwilberg ski area by car, 2 supermarkets and a local restaurant.

The holiday accommodation was super nicely furnished, with a fireplace to warm you up, a common room for game nights and smaller areas to relax :) We were 11 people and we felt completely at home with you! Everything went well with handing over the keys! The area is wonderful for walks along the river and across large meadows. And the ski resorts of Klinovec and Oberwiesenthal are also nearby!

Very practical and above all fully equipped. Located in a great landscape.

We rented the cottage for the weekend, there were 8 adults and 1 child. We had rain in the evening so we appreciated the room where there is an indoor fireplace and we could grill. It's a short distance from trips to Klínovec and Boží dar.

The accommodation was perfect for us (7 people). Also hikes in the area were very nice.

We were quite satisfied with our stay, only the room in the attic space is only intended for figures up to 150 cm, the bathroom is almost unusable. It was strange that the lady did not show us the status of the electricity meter at the beginning or at the end of the stay, she told us the amount for the consumed energy, which seemed disproportionate to us - more than 2000 CZK.

With 8 people we populated the house for a weekend. We liked it a lot and we are happy to recommend it.

Was nice accommodation is recommended

We were traveling with a total of 7 people. The house is clean and cozy. Everything is there that you need, the equipment (in the kitchen, the possibility to eat together, the grill, the number of rooms) was very good. The only small drawback: the last room and bathroom in the attic are not for tall people and can only be reached via a steep staircase. Our 14-year-old daughter thought her own kingdom was great. Very nearby recommended destination: Karlovy Vary!

We had a quiet and comfortable stay as a large family with three small children, who all found their resting place and playground in the spacious accommodation. Despite snowfall in May we had a great time in CZ. Gladly again!

Super cozy, clean house. Perfect to relax for a few days away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
