Superb address - close to park, close to center but still out of center noise. And another positive thing - good parking. Unfortunately very thin walls so if your neighbors wake up early you have to wake up as well (or if you go sleep late, neighbors are not happy/friendly). Have been here 4 years ago - seems not a lot has changed - cracks in the wall, damp ceiling. For longer stay need to find a good restaurant - cooking is not an option for every day.

Accommodation in a beautiful villa in a quiet part of town. A view of the park with beautifully autumn-colored trees. Everything you need is within walking distance - cafe, restaurant, bistro and shops. Apartment tastefully furnished. Pleasant atmosphere and very good arrangements regarding arrival and departure. I believe that I will repeat my stay sometime.
