The apartment is functionally furnished, everything you need is available. The bathroom is modern and functional. Overall, however, the apartment is very impersonal and not very homely, the furnishing style corresponds to a sterile hotel room, the blue color everywhere looks cold and the bright spotlights, even on the bed, ensure that you don't really feel comfortable. Two monobloc chairs on a huge balcony that is always in the shade and otherwise bare do not invite you to linger.

Nice cozy apartment for 2 people. To relax and unwind high above the roofs of Berchtesgaden. Absolutely quiet location with a great mountain inn in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately, the WiFi is as good as non-existent. ABSOLUTELY gorgeous location.

very good location to go to erchesgaden. Fair cleaning, everything collected but a lot of dust, a lot of hair. the towels that they say they offer you were hand towels, very small for 4 people to shower, without mentioning the state of them. For the rest, a very nice studio, modern, new, very ample in storage. spectacular views

That's not a criticism, just comments. We were given 3 small towels and 1 shower towel (for 3 people), I would have wished for 3 shower towels. There were no sheets for the third person and the zipper on the bed linen was broken. Nice big balcony with a small table and 2 chairs, there would be a larger table with 4 chairs so you can have breakfast on the balcony with this beautiful view. A drying rack for bathing suits would be nice.
