For shared use: tennis (extra), children's playground. In the complex: reception. Parking at the house. Mountain railway 14 km, ski lift 14 km, cross country ski track 500 m. Very good location for visiting the famous Bavarian lakes and Salzburg. Very typical accommodation, well equipped and clean.

Mattress cover too small for the sofa to sleep on. A blanket + a cover too little --) both complained about and fixed. TV only one program --) was reset by the landlord, then reception of many channels Light bulb above the table was defective --) also fixed by the landlord

The holiday park is characterized by its top location - many destinations are in the immediate vicinity (30min drive). The accommodation and facilities are a bit dated. However, we knew that beforehand and the price is correspondingly cheap. We were here for the second time and can recommend it to anyone who doesn't value luxury that much and prefers to spend the money on activities and dining out.

Great location, spacious apartment with a small kitchenette and small bathroom, but a large balcony. Reception was nice and the apartment was clean. No more and no less. The apartment is located on the soccer field, so it's definitely noisy there during the holiday season.

Simple and absolutely adequate accommodation for the purpose (sleep). Nice covered balcony for breakfast regardless of the weather. Unfortunately, unnecessary maintenance defects such as defective light sources (kitchen, bathroom), refrigerator without a freezer compartment that is not up to date (ice packs for the cooler bag), missing extractor hood in the interior kitchen area, bathtub without any shower partition (curtain, glass wall, etc.)

Great vacation rental. Quiet area (unless the neighboring apartment guests are noisy). There was nothing to complain about, we were there with our children. Top location for day trips to the Alps and Lake Chiemsee
