Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Small kitchen (2 hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony 10 m2. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Please note: non-smokers only.

First of all, we were not informed that the apartment was not rented out by the house itself, so we could not check in through reception. After a phone call with the right one. "Landlord" told us that the room wasn't ready and that he wasn't available at the moment. Even though we had arrived within the period specified for check-in. For an overall better rating, these issues need to be better managed and declared.

The apartment was very good, cell phone reception was very bad, which meant poor communication with the manager of the apartment.

Overall a good apartment, only the sofa bed in the living room could be better. I slept on it alone, but have slept better. The equipment of the apartment and kitchen is good, everything is there that is needed. But a car is mandatory, there are enough parking spaces. The elevator in the house is nice. At least in the O2 network, it is only possible to make calls on the balcony with a lot of luck, the O2 card with availability is too optimistic... Travel time was July 2021

Cleanliness and hygiene did not correspond to the information in the travel documents. We cleaned first after moving in. Kitchen was still dirty from last cooking. Also the bathroom was dirty. Mattress protector was stained and also dirty overall. The apartment was certainly not cleaned before handover. It also did not meet the hygiene requirements and certainly not with regard to corona rules. I've booked a lot of holiday apartments through interchalet, and I'm sure not this one anymore.

The holiday home had a very nice view and is located on a mountain. All facilities were present except the washing machine which had to be somewhere in the building. The bathroom stank on arrival and that smell never went away. In my opinion the mattresses were too soft but that is my personal opinion. There were still many personal items in the house. Had a very nice time in Berchtesgaden. Furthermore, D. did comply.
