Bougainville 6 - Vista Village

What a beautifully landscaped and well-maintained park. The apartment wasn't too bad at first, BUT there were RULES! CLOSED between 12 and 4 PM, and no bombs! Only suitable for children taking afternoon naps and keeping quiet. On day two, we received a letter stating that our children had been splashed in the pool (once only). The air conditioning couldn't be set lower than 25 degrees! Apparently, it's Italian law (chatGPT says otherwise). Beautiful place, but we didn't feel welcome.

All in all we were satisfied. It was a pity that we were not allowed to use the pool (it was the beginning of October). Kitchen very small and not so well equipped. But we found the large terrace good. Unfortunately no WiFi in the apartment.

Couch was bad and dirty. Cleaning of the kitchen area was definitely not good enough. Surroundings beautiful. Pool area nice. Flat good size. Bathrooms OK even though they are several years old. Beds comfortable. Beach in San Paolo was not nice. Very good beach 10 minutes drive away.

The apartment is located on a well-maintained small-scale villa park. Top location on the edge of the village, within walking distance of the center, beach and harbor. The apartment is a bit dated but we lived more outside than inside and everything else was there.

This accommodation is lovely. It’s positioned in a secure location. There is private parking under a shaded area. The apartment is in a prime location with amazing views overlooking the sea. A couple of minutes walk away from the pool, which was perfect, as it wasn’t overlooked at all. Grounds were superb with flowers everywhere. A maintenance person was there keeping it in great order. Inside the apartment it was very spacious with 3 balconies. Great size bedrooms. Small kitchen. Very clean.
