The house is new. What annoyed us was that the house wasn't CLEAN when we arrived. The air conditioning remote control is also a problem. There are two remote controls for the entire house, one for the ground floor and the other for the first floor. After a week, they forgot to change the bed linen and bath towels. After I sent an email, they finally brought them over so I could change them myself. In short, not recommended.
