The property was in not very good condition.After a rain a house was soaked in several places.The lack of air condition and mosquito net was very bed in 35 C degrees, it was hot inside, and lot mosquitoes.After a storm the roof was ruined so hardly,the house soaked again and trees were falling out, so we had to leave early because it was dangerous to stay there any more. The property must be renovated.The owners were friendly and helpfull,but they speak only Italian, the communication was hard.

We stayed here with 7 adults and 6 children (including 2 babies). It is a very spacious house with 6 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 5 bathrooms, 2 of which are on the ground floor and 3 on the 1st floor. The location is quiet. Very nice swimming pool. The contact with the landlord was good and the moment we reported a 'problem', it was quickly resolved. Great holiday home, enough lounges on the ground floor, which we didn't need due to the good weather. Very well maintained pool with non-slip edge covering. We were there with 10 adults and 6 children for 2 weeks and would go there again. Huge terrain, so a lot of distance to neighbors. Washing machine, grill, pizza oven, swimming rings and lumas available. WiFi was a bit weak.

Nice location in Tuscany. Everything beautiful within reach.

The holiday home in Lamporecchio is spacious and has a beautiful pool. You could sleep well in the beds, the bathrooms were quite modern and the house as a whole was clean. The kitchen was mediocre. A really big saucepan and a kettle were missing. Unfortunately, there was no really nice view from the property. The location is quite convenient to get to know Tuscany.

We felt very comfortable here for 2 weeks! The house offers 7 bedrooms and, in addition to the living room and kitchen, 3 further common rooms. But we spent most of our time on the terrace (with 2 tables we could make a cozy table for 14 people), in the extensive garden and by the pool. You can spend time together, but you can also easily withdraw because there are so many cozy corners. In the garden and by the pool there is both sun and shade. We had problems with the tap water twice, but the landlords live in the immediate vicinity and were quickly on hand to take care of the repairs. We were able to easily rent the additional apartment (with space for 4 people) that can be reached through a separate entrance for part of our stay. After friends came to visit over the weekend, this was extremely useful! Advantages: - very large house - huge garden - also suitable for small children: There is a large meadow in front of the house. There were balls and slide cars when we visited the site. The pool is behind the house and therefore far away from the terrace and playground. - there is a brick pizza oven! We fired it up twice and baked delicious pizza. - Kitchen is equipped for many residents (large pots, etc.). Only wine glasses and space in the fridge were tight. - the town of Lamporecchio with several restaurants and shops can be reached on foot in 10 minutes - the general areas are cleaned every Wednesday - the gardener comes every day and cleans the pool - an additional apartment with 4 beds can be rented flexibly (the main house has 14 beds) Disadvantages : - the landlords only speak Italian - doors are sometimes quite loud - in between there was no tap water - the final cleaning fee is very high at € 25/person. Their calculation was also unclear, in the end we paid for more people than were present at the peak at the same time. - no W-LAN and at times bad phone reception

A beautiful house surrounded by olive trees. Everything very well maintained and very clean. We felt very comfortable and didn't want to do anything else for the whole week than enjoy the house and the pool. The reception was also very warm. A great vacation.

Old house, not maintained. Household contents are not correct at all according to the number of guests allowed. Closets full of woodworm. Ideal base for excursions.
