Living/sleeping room with 1 double bed and satellite TV. Open kitchen). Bath/bidet/WC. 2 balconies, 2 large terraces. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. The separate apartment on the ground floor is used by the owner.

Very spacious, lots of free cupboard space, a lovely large table to sit at all together and as an extra a beautiful view. Nice central location for many tours (hiking, rafting, canyoning, geocaching, Klettergarten) and above all a good base for the many Klettersteigs in and around the Ötztal.

We have experienced Huis Dialer as a very nice holiday home which almost completely met our expectations. A single downside, however, is a few beds (adults) where the mattresses really need to be replaced. We were 7 adults and 4 children. I have read in previous reviews (2018) that this would be worked on or that the mattresses would meet the standard. This is really not the case. In one bed, even the slatted bottoms could be felt through the mattress.

The accommodation was very good and clean, the description is completely accurate. The landlord family is very nice and always helpful. We had a really nice holiday in the property. One small thing is to complain about, the mattresses should be exchanged in the near future, they are a bit saggy. But otherwise everything was great.

The house is very spacious and everything is exactly as shown in the pictures. The host is very, very friendly and will be happy to advise you on planning trips. It should also be mentioned that the house was very, very clean everywhere. We were certainly not the last time there.

Almost no personal handover and introduction. Mattresses and bed frame partly saggy and squeaky. No wardrobe only living room closets, no bathroom plug. There are no hooks for towels in the bathroom. Unusable pans - coating totally scraped off. The kitchen chairs and corner seating group were ripped off and totally torn. Not enough crockery for 12 people. No lighting on the bedside tables.
