Beautiful apartment at the beginning of the Ötztal. Even if the facility is a bit old, the apartment was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately there is only one pizzeria in town in the evening, but Ötz with numerous restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Numerous leisure activities such as the water and outdoor sports park Arena 47 and Pitburger See are also very close.

Great location for activities to area 47, otherwise a bit out of the way, unfortunately no dishwasher, bathroom a bit small and you had to share the space in the bathtub/shower with the boiler. Good kitchen equipment.

We have felt at home in this neat apartment from the first moment. It was neat, clean!!!!! and fully equipped. More than enough space for two people, lots of storage space. (It is possible for four people) The location is fantastic between the mountains, beautiful views in all directions. spacious balcony. Good bed and furniture. The bathroom is a bit cramped, but yes .... you are on vacation. Everything present and clean!

if you take as a whole everything was fine. Nice apartments equipped with everything necessary for a long stay. In our stay with you, there was a small minus, which did not bring us much discomfort. But ... It would be nice if we were explained where it is necessary to take out the garbage from the apartment, when it accumulates a lot. In the remaining moments everything is perfect.

Very well equipped! We didn't miss anything in the apartment. The kitchen has everything you need and the rooms are nicely furnished. What didn't bother us, but might bother others, is that the double sofa bed (sofa bed) is less than two meters long. Blankets and pillows could be replaced again.

It is located near 4 mega ski stations, the apartment was very spacious and the lady in charge of the apartment was very correct and friendly.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and perfectly equipped, we didn't miss anything. The manager took good care of us. Unfortunately, the construction site in front of the house made it impossible to sleep in and have breakfast on the balcony, and the landlords didn't show any concessions. Apart from that everything was fine.
