The location of the apartment is great! You can quickly walk to the city center. The apartment is very well equipped and handing over the keys is completely problem-free.

Friendly welcome and key handover, kitchen equipment a bit spartan: china, glasses and cutlery very good, but no small pan and no small pot available for two people. (-) When we noticed that the coffee machine was no longer functional, the administrator (?) brought us a new coffee machine on the same day. (++) Bad: no ventilation in the bathroom (fan is available, but doesn't work). (- -) Otherwise great! Quiet and absolutely central.(+)

The selection of TV programs is quite modest (only 10 regional programs)

After 2 days the elevator broke down and was not repaired until we left. A broom would have been nice. 2 towels for 8 days was not enough for us

Why not have a whole appartement for less money than a double-room in a modest hotel ? Within a walking distance from Vienna main attractions and the U-Bahn, this solution is a time saver. Very silent, relatively spacious and aired, well equipped with a kitchen; there’s neither an oven nor a vacuum cleaner. You need to pickup and return the keys to their office so I strongly recommend to prepare this in advance and allow plenty of time especially if you’re traveling with children.

Negative: The lift didn't work, 1 lamp was broken, kitchen very small, no extractor hood, hard mattress, poor WiFi reception & TV picture often gets stuck. Positive: nicely furnished apartment, everything clean, lots of storage space, good location near Spittelberg & Ringstrasse, but also had more central apartments for the same price.

the accommodation was not ok, in the description is wrote “designed smoking area“ but it was a garbage bin on the street. They had a lot of cleaning requirements although when I arrived the garbage bin in the bathroom was not empty, the house could be cleaner, you were not allowed to open the windows, the road to the office at the accommodation is not so short , I would not recommend this accommodation, the only plus is that it was in the center

The apartment is very centrally located. St. Stephen's Cathedral, the theaters and museums are easily accessible by public transport or on foot.

This is a well-situated apartement nearby the Parliament and the Palais of Justice. It is well-equipped and has a nice athmosphere. Best for couples or single travellers.

Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean. We dusted and washed cutlery, it was very dirty. On the carpet around the bed there were very large flakes of dust and long hair. The light in the anteroom was broken.

The location of the apartment is great, the city center is within walking distance. A lot of storage space (large wardrobe and open shelves) and overall good facilities.

+ Great location, near to museums, public transportation, restaurants and supermermarkets. - Only one pan to cook! Everything that was inside the drawers was dirty or nor cared for. Process of collect and deliver the key is dreadful.

The room was in fairly good condition. Very clean everything. Perfect location. The collection and delivery of keys seemed unnecessary to us, since they were in a box on the street, they could install one like this in the apartment itself. We would have liked the bed to be a double and thicker pillows. Also that the amount of toilet paper and garbage bags that they will leave us be more appropriate to the time that we were going to be.

Apartment for 2 people ideal for spending the day out and coming back to sleep. The kitchen is a bit sparse (there is no oven or extractor), but the rest (beds, bathroom) are impeccable. It is also two minutes from a subway stop and close to the Ringstraße, ideal for visiting Wien. The only downside that I see is the distance from the Interhome office to the apartment (at the time of collecting/returning the keys). Interhome staff very friendly and polite. We would repeat without hesitation.

The apartment is excellently located in a lively, trendy area with a wide range of shops, restaurants and cultural facilities. It is very easy to reach with all public transport. Since the apartment faces the courtyard, it is also very quiet.

Only after booking the so-called key service did Interhome inform them that a bicycle courier service would be commissioned with it. This procedure was a bit irritating, but worked well. The courier service was punctual to the minute, even when the delivery time changed at short notice. The apartment is centrally located near the Museum Quarter. Natural History Museum, Art History Museum, Leopold Museum, etc. are within walking distance for those who are interested, and all other sights can be easily reached by public transport. The apartment itself makes a safe impression and is spared from traffic noise. The distances given in the advertisement are realistic. Mattresses and bedding were clean, towels for the most part spotless. A few changes in the living area could certainly create a feel-good atmosphere, which would then certainly reflect the price-performance ratio better: there are no curtains. The condition of the blinds is totally unacceptable. They are very worn and limited in their function. However, they are urgently needed in order not to be at the mercy of possible looks from the neighbors. About 50% of the windows apparently cannot be opened or their mechanism is defective. That's why there are signs attached to prevent it from being opened (please do not open!!!) The wall unit and the closet were spacious and practical by our standards (1 week stay), the compartments of the closet were unfortunately dusty. The only "socket" in the bathroom cannot be used for the usual electrical devices. In any case, we didn't have any success with it. The lighting above the small kitchenette is missing 50% of the bulbs. We did not find any additional garbage bags. But they would meet the service we expect from our guests as well as a sweeping set (dustpan and broom). The carpet under the kitchen table is just as dirty as the cushions on both chairs. If these instructions were implemented, we could definitely imagine booking again via Interhome.

Overall the apartment was nice. The primary issues that we had were regarding the inconvenience of the key pick-up/drop-off logistics and the early check-out time. It would be better for visitors if there was a keybox at the apartment, rather than having to go to the Interhome office. Also, one of the windows was missing a shade, so it was bright very early in the morning. It was also quite warm, so not being able to open all of the windows was a challenge. Overall it was clean and spacious, and the location was good.
