The location, apartment, and house were great. So was the apartment's furnishings. We arrived with bicycles and chose the apartment partly because of the bike storage. Unfortunately, the elevator is the only way to reach the bike storage, and it's too small for a bike. Unless you place it vertically on the rear wheel. Here I am, a woman, with an e-bike. It doesn't work at all. The fault lies with the architect, of course, but it's something to consider when providing information.

The apartment was in good condition, well equipped and spacious enough for our family of 4. The metro station is around the corner and the center of Vienna is easy to reach. There is also a grocery store very close by. I can warmly recommend it.

The apartment is very new and yet comfortably furnished. The small bay window in particular was a great reading corner for our children. The subway station is easy to reach and the city center is only a few stops away. The Naschmarkt and the pedestrian zone on Mariahilfer Strasse are also within easy walking distance. There is a wide range of restaurants nearby.
