Rustic and modest, but pleasant apartment. Well located in the city. The heating system is to be reviewed, because in the room it was far too hot. The kitchen was a bit under-equipped with utensils. But the bedding was new and of good quality. Overall, bright and pleasant rental in a quiet environment, close to commerce and transport.

Had several appointments in Vienna and chose this apartment. It is very well located in a quiet alley and you can get to the top floor via the courtyard and a lift. It is furnished as if the owner still lived here. Books to browse, a small balcony. There is a parking garage nearby and a few restaurants in the area. By the way, keys are handed over directly on the platform at Meidling station. Totally uncomplicated.

The apartment was not clean, the bed in the smaller room was dirty and smelly. In the bathroom after traces of toothpaste from the previous guest. No possibility to hang clothes, hanging space only about 60 cm. No kettle in the kitchen for tea or anything else. There was a usable wardrobe, but it was full of dirty cleaning utensils. Almost all the cupboards were locked, so we had no space for our things. Shower dirty (undefinable surface). Change to the hotel.

The apartment was not clean: mattresses, pillows, floor, carpets, ceiling coach borderline disgusting; toilet brush just disgusting; all cupboards are secured with padlocks and therefore no storage space for clothes. Only location in the beautiful Margaretenviertel was good.

The location in the 5th district Margareten is very nice, easy to reach by public transport from the main train station, the Naschmarkt and the center. Small, nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. The apartment on the 6th floor of an apartment building looks as if it has suddenly been abandoned. Although spacious at 63 m2, the living room is quite cluttered. Everything seems a bit neglected, the cleaning service superficial. Nevertheless we had a good time.

No available furniture for clothes (living out of a suitcase). Apparently only the last used dishes were clean. Own use after cleaning. Coffee capsule machine okay after thorough cleaning. Own kitchen sponge + rag worried (existing disgusting). Tablecloth + sets sticky. Otherwise: bathroom, kitchen E-devices clean. Beds, mattresses also good. Basically felt good after improvisation. Note: Please exchange toilets + kitchen brushes etc. once in a while. Check toaster for function.

I was in this apartment a second time because the location in Margareten completely convinced me. The location is very quiet, but after a few blocks of houses, the excellent gastronomy of the castle square, small but fine retail shops, pleasant coffees, especially the small and fine shop: "feines aus Portugal" in Margaretenstrasse, lure you in. Every morning we took our coffee there and enjoyed the freshly baked pastel de nata with a good conversation.

It is definitely not a comfortable home. For a family of four people, a normal sofa and well-fitting chairs are missing. Writing desk is completely unnecessary in the home and takes up a lot of space. Lots of knick knacks in the house which attracts a lot of dust. The bathroom lacks a shower rod which makes showering impossible. Not a home that we recommend to anyone.

The apartment is in a great location and especially quiet at night. The kitchen appears very new and modern, the rest of the inventory is of course a matter of taste. The bathroom and toilet are appropriately furnished.

Average quality apartment, good for 4 days. Access to the city center can be done on foot in 20 minutes. The decoration is very dated but the comfort is there. The kitchen is new though.

Very expensive rent for what the apartment is. The promotional photos do not correspond to reality. Housekeeping had a lot to be desired. The carpets had bugs, we had to unclog the bathtub, the first day there was a storm and the water seeped through the kitchen (I have a photo), the mattress and pillows of the double bed were very uncomfortable. satellite TV?? We couldn't watch any satellite channels. We got to know we would have made another decision even though the location is good.
