It was a great holiday. We were delighted. Our dog especially enjoyed the huge garden. Right next door you can take endless walks in the beautiful olive groves. The owner and his wife are extremely friendly and helpful. When we had a problem with our car (it wouldn't start) he came to help us jump start it. We'll be back.

We had a very nice time in the cozy holiday home. The owner of the house was always available and very helpful. We even got a nice welcome gift. In Istria you can visit many beautiful places and experience a lot.

The hosts are super friendly, Mr. N. gave us tips about which cities we should visit and told us a lot about his oil, which we were also able to try! Unfortunately the property is not fenced in, but it still worked out great with our dog! The pool in the garden was just great. You have peace and quiet on the huge property and can go for walks, play Frisbee, etc... We were very satisfied and will definitely come back!

The house is as described, everything we needed was there. Very clean and well-maintained. Beautiful outdoor area, quiet location. Car recommended. The landlord is a very friendly, warm, open and uncomplicated person. Animal lover! We were lucky enough to meet his wife too, it was just lovely. The family's olive oil and wine are highly recommended. We'd love to come back!!

Very nice house with great pool, very quiet location. We have never had such a landlord, he gets 6 out of 5 stars, the sixth is from our dog Gina. What else is there to write, just brilliant.

Very nice garden and a pretty little house, the former family estate of a large olive oil and wine producer in the region. We felt very comfortable and felt welcome. The Malvasia from the landlord: top!

The garden and pool were gorgeous, but the house is in dire need of a refurbishment.

Beautifull quiet place! The house itself is an ancient family house with basic equipment, but it had all we needed. The real treasure is the huge olive garden with the private pool where we spend a lot of time. The owner was very friendly and allways available for questions. He lives in the nearby village Labin and welcomed us with his superb olive oil and wine!

A nice and peaceful place to rest. Swimming pool for private use. Close to restaurants, beach and shopping. Very nice owner. I recommend it to people who like peace and quiet on vacation and do not like crowded beaches.

No towels were changed. There was 1 bath towel and 1 face towel for everyone. He didn't comply with our request to change the towels. A lounger by the pool was broken. There were no cushions on the loungers, since we only had one towel, this was a problem. Coutsch in the living area was seen through. The furniture was all like this: I buy new furniture and I make the old ones available to the tenants. Pool was not cleaned. Toilet was leaking but was repaired.
