Private: property 1'084 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden, swimming pool angular, fenced (5 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: burglar alarm system. Parking. Supermarket 1 km, bus stop 700 m, railway station 2 km, sandy beach 1.4 km. The house in general is very good. It has some buts that I think should be taken into account: - The access door does not close from the inside. - The air conditioning in the living room is absolutely necessary because it is very hot since from very early the sun is constantly on it. - It's unbearably hot in the kitchen. - The furniture in the small rooms is crying out for change.

The overall property was good but there was one major issue and if this was fixed the property would be perfect. This issue is air conditioning! The living area and kitchen didn't have air conditioning, which was manageable although the kitchen did become very hot. The worst of all was the fifth bedroom didn't have it either, so this room was completely unusable in the summer. My daughter couldn't sleep in this room, so we had to move a mattress into ours and she slept on the floor.

The house is spacious, and very well equipped. We went with children and older people, and great. We had a problem with the washing machine and as soon as we notified, they came to solve it. The general cleanliness could be improved, we found some little thing from previous tenants, dust in the closets, and the mats of the sunbeds and common areas were a bit dirty.

First impression on the website is wow, on arrival a little less enthusiastic, renovated house. No air conditioning in the living room, which is impossible. Air conditioning in 4 of the 5 bedrooms. were 2 broken parasols.interhome has brought new ones.twas ni proper.no 2nd time for ons.wel good location.ge should not drive up.automatic gate for auto.ze have not cleaned the pool in that week.6/ 10 .wifi sometimes drops out.

We spent a pleasant weekend with friends at the house. The house is great, just as it appears in the photos. The kitchen has everything, and has 2 refrigerators, which can sometimes be a problem when there are many people in the house. In addition, there was a soccer match for the national team and we could see it on a large television. We had some problems with the TV antenna, and the entrance door did not work perfectly, but they are sure to be problems that will be solved very quickly.

A very quiet house, in an urbanization 10 minutes from the beach of Calpe, which has everything you need to spend a few good days. The only drawback is that there is no air conditioning in the living-dining room.

Fantastic holiday home, neat, clean and well furnished. It is a pity that there is not enough space for drying laundry and / or towels after swimming / showering. Clothesline can't hurt.

Nice house with lots of space outside. Very nice that the pool can be fenced off if you are with small children. Very clean. wifi works well. Also nice that there are 2 refrigerators and a washing machine. Only downside is that we had problems with hot water when showering for the first 2 days.

Except for the slow internet and the lack of German-language TV channels, the 2 weeks in the Trébol holiday home were great. Everything clean, modern and complete infrastructure. Recommended at any time!

Clean and great looking house. Wonderful plantings in the yard. I recommend for families with children. Surrounded by a pool fence and single level villa. I would have missed the alarm system instructions. It was difficult to get inside. The knives were so dull that they did not cut the tomato. A decent coffee maker would have been nice. The surfaces of the pots and frying pans were poor. There were no decent big mugs. The toilet door did not close properly. The second shower became either cold or too hot water.
