Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced), biotope, swimming pool angular (5 x 10 m, depth 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio (120 m2), arbour, pergola (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, solarium, air conditioning, washing machine. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Party of 5. Bedrooms fairly basic. Bathrooms tired. Kitchen old fashioned, dishwasher broken and could only be 70% filled Crockery old, crazed with some chips. Cutlery old average quality. Utensils poor quality. Kitchen tools barely usable. Oven gloves burnt. Swimming pool excellent clean and tidy. Loungers dirty and some torn fabric. Key holder never apeared and worked by text. Reading electricity illustrated by video which was very unclear Generally disappointed and cost was high.

Older house with some defects. Terraces without furniture, no umbrellas, no bowls in the kitchen, bed bugs in the large bedroom, wifi only works in the house and only on the ground floor. But great pool in beautiful garden with mature trees - made up for most of it

The equipment is not the most modern, but you have everything you need. A lot of space inside and outside. The pool was always clean when the pump was running, even though it's under trees. Even with 36 degrees outside temperature, the pool was always nice and cold. The house is on a road with little traffic, so it is really very quiet. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check out at a later time at no extra charge. We were very satisfied

Unkempt, run down, dream property, poor and defective equipment, J., very friendly and tried-but unfortunately unreliable, guest toilet = not usable, coffee machines = broken, 3 chairs at the garden table, 5 coffee spoons, no wine glasses, no lockable wardrobe, war mosquitos , but no spray, no mosquito nets, pigeons ... at the pool, etc. Could be even more tough! No German television

The house was smelly, with dirty ceilings, there were ants in the dining room, traces of mold in the bathroom and the drawers in one bedroom were broken out. That's never four stars.

Very good location for this villa, m from an access to the sea by the rocks, km from a pretty beach and located in a quiet area of villas and small buildings. Unfortunately the villa is very poorly maintained: broken bed (!), Taps and washing machine eaten up by tartar, broken or leaking toilet, swimming pool falling apart ...

Photos look beautiful - but .... One of the beds was missing 0.50m from the slatted toilet bowl on the first floor. Kitchen was not clean. Socket cover in the living room which was missing (dangerous for small children!) The water in the pool was green with algae. Conclusion: if you are not fussy and turn a blind eye, then it is a super nice house with a lot of space. It was ok for us

+ very spacious, great location, large pool, lovely bbq area, huge rooms, we were a family of 8 adults and never felt on top of each other lots of different outside areas. - 2 ponds and a well with stagnant water which ment there was a huge number of mosquitos day and night so make sure you have plenty of strong repellent! A large electricity bill at the end which we didn’t realise wasn’t included in the price until after we had paid the full amount!

Good location, 10 min walk to shops and restaurants and 5 mins to a lovely beach, marine just across the road from house. Only problem with the place is that the pool wasn't working correctly and turned a slimly green colour which was very disappointing, My daughter jumped into the pool and ... after some of the water had gotten into her mouth, this wasn't ideal but overall v nice place would recommend

The house is big and spacious with lots of space. But it looks a bit shabby: numerous defects such as defective fittings, defective gas stove, water damage in the living room, etc. Furthermore, there were only metal folding beds, the room and kitchen were cleaned rather quickly than thoroughly. Likewise the garden: big but neglected. Unfortunately, everything is no longer as shown in the photos. For those who are undemanding in terms of equipment and cleanliness, it will suit.

spacious villa, starting to get dated in some areas with some minor flaws. During our stay the electricity was out, it took a day for the contact person to do something with it. Same with the gas, it was not connected and took 2 days before we could cook. The gate could only be opened electrically, due to the electricity failure and an empty battery of the remote control we could only leave the house by climbing over the wall. The house was clean when we arrived but otherwise it gave the impression that it was actually not ready for rental. Contact and help with the contact person of the house was very bad, reacted badly to calls and whatsapps about the problems we had and did nothing or only a day later something to give the impression that she was going to help us. All in all, annoying problems to run into during the holiday and the support was very poor on all points, on arrival or the day after no introduction about the house and during the stay so no support with the problems. Despite everything, we had a nice holiday in Mallorca itself. What a nice island to spend a week like this!

We were all very disappointed. The outside area was badly maintained (dirty furniture). Due to 2 ponds and the fountain and the lush vegetation, which was also blown up despite the rainy season, we had a massive mosquito plague and extremely high humidity in and around the house. Since we always had to keep the house closed because of the mosquitoes, it stayed musty and damp inside. Towels and linen could hardly be dried. The equipment with towels, bed linen and tea towels was more than poor. When we asked the service on site, we didn't get anything additional. Cupboards in the bedrooms could not be locked, slatted frames were partially broken. The various terraces were unfurnished. Internet was very slow. Conclusion: we couldn't stay in the garden and couldn't use the pool and grill. We always fled during the day so we wouldn't get stung. Since we only had one key for the house and gate, coordination with several parties was very difficult here. The pictures shown here gloss over it. I would never book this house again and would not recommend it to anyone. I don't think the mosquitoes were so massive just because of the rainy season, because in other places this wasn't a problem. In addition, this was already in other reviews.

It has already been mentioned that the house has biotopes. This led to a large plague of mosquitoes and the house has no mosquito screens on the bedrooms or mosquito nets over the beds. The kitchen was sparsely furnished, but missing wine glasses were delivered immediately. The location is very good and quiet, in the immediate vicinity of the small harbor, where you can eat very well. The pool area and the loungers were not necessarily clean, unfortunately the large and many terraces are full of all the needles of the trees and there are no seats. The wifi was very, very slow. Thanks to the large inner courtyard, there is really space for three cars and there is no need for a parking space. Since it was very warm the sheets were enough for sleeping, if it gets cooler this is not enough.

We have stayed at the villa previously so knew what to expect and went prepared. Last year we found the pool and outside dining areas over-run by ants and mosquitos. We took a number of ant bait traps with us this year and put them out as soon as we arrived. After 2-3 days most of the ants had gone. The villa owner should have done this as it wasn't difficult and made life so much nicer. However I pointed this out in my review last year and they quoted the lots of trees/greenery line. We also took electronic mosquito devices with us which we put in the bedrooms. They were pretty effective, but the communal and outside areas around the villa were the places we found most of them remained The villa itself has had the main bedroom ensuite refurbished and its really good. However overall the villa is looking tired and needs a good overhaul. The furniture is tired in places and the place looks dated. Some of the floor tiles are hollow as you walk over them as they have become unstuck. Not loose, just no longer stuck down. A few pool tiles were also loose, particularly around the steps. The service company was very good. The villa was cleaned and ready early so we were able to check in before 1pm which was great as our flight arrived at 11.30. They were helpful throughout, particularly XXX. They are different to last years company and the difference shows.Your instructions from Interhome will state the key pick up is in Inca, about 25 miles away - its not, its at the villa itself. We were regularly bitten by mosquitos. Typical at this time of year, but not helped by the amount of greenery around the villa. Some can't be helped, i.e. trees, but the numerous plants and bushes around the pool and seating areas encourage them. If this were my villa I would strip most of the plants back. A small lemon tree had recently been planted so maybe that will control the mosquitos! Overall its a very large villa with lots of space so large groups can have their own areas. Lovely pool but some of the sunbeds and chairs are faulty. Practical but would benefit from a bit of refurbishing. Given the cost of rental I think the owners are scrimping a bit too much and need to invest some money back into the property. It looks like its been furnished from car boot sales and second hand shops. A few minutes walk to the main shopping area so we used the local taxi comp
