charming old town of Pollença, the coastal resort and long sandy bay of
Puerto Pollença and the pretty cove beaches of Cala Sant Vicente, all of
which are just a few minutes drive away.

Arranged over two floors, the villa is light and airy and offers a good deal
of space and comfort for a relaxing holiday with the added luxury of air
conditioning in all the bedrooms.
Punta Gran nestles in a large and beautifully lush garden, which is planted
with Mediterranean shrubs and palm trees, and is surrounded by a high hedge
to ensure privacy from the adjoining property.
