Description :Delightful and prettystone villa. A tree lined shaded driveway leads you to your villa. There is acovered terrace With table and chairs. The front door takes you directly intothe airy lounge with its decoration of blue sofas and chairs which gives awelcoming summer ambience. Off to the left of the lounge is a super largecountry style fully fitted kitchen with table and chairs for dining, and secondtable that can be used for preparation. A Glass door leads out of the kitchento the covered terrace and pool.

Directly leading off lounge to the left is a twin bedroom with freestandingwardrobe and infront of the lounge area leads to inner corridor on the left isa double bedroom with freestanding wardrobe with step down to its own privateen suite shower bathroom, with a small step into the walk- in shower recessarea.

From the small corridor leads to a complete bathroom with shower over the bathwithin this bathroom doors open into a small utility area.

The lovely pool is located at the front of the Villa which has lawns on twoareas and is enclosed by pine hedge on three sides and set amongst matureestablished natural gardens, dotted with Mediterranean palm trees.

Stone pathways lead to the freestanding stone BBQ which is located just behindthe enclosed hedge area, yet ideally situated as nearby both the pool, coveredterrace. The BBQ looks over the fields adjacent and onto the mountains beyond.
