In the centre of Venezia, in the district Castello, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city, east facing position. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04.. Stepped path (30 steps) to the house. Supermarket 150 m, shopping centre 500 m, restaurant, café 100 m, railway station "Venezia Santa Lucia" 2 km, ferry "Vaporetto stop Rialto" 500 m. Nearby attractions: Chiesa di Santa Maria Formosa 80 m, Chiesa di Santa Maria dei Miracoli 350 m, Basilica dei Santi Giovanni e Paolo 400 m, Ponte di Rialto 450 m, Piazza San Marco 450 m. Very nice big apartment, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, lots of space, heating worked - didn't freeze, great location in the city. Unfortunately, the bed frames and mattresses in the children's rooms were old and uncomfortable - not suitable for adults.

We very much appreciated the very central location of the apartment, the kindness of Maria who welcomed us and the preparation of the apartment, however there would be some improvements and changes to be made in the appliances, certain elements are to be replaced and it was not not possible to use the tub. Otherwise we spent our days until late in the evening and were able to enjoy this magnificent Venice.
