Four of us stayed in this apartment for a week. Its location is ideal for its tranquility and its proximity, even on foot, to Venice's main attractions. The only downside is that mosquitoes get in in June because the screens don't close. It would be a shame to have air conditioning instead of fans. The hot water in the bathtub, which serves as a shower, takes too long to arrive. A walk-in shower would be worth considering.

I sincerely recommend it to anyone who wants to feel like they are in a typical Italian home. An apartment in an Italian atmosphere. Maybe not modern but clean and well-kept. Located in a quiet part of town which gave us a comfortable rest. The landlords were very cordial and helpful. We will definitely come back here.

We spent a week in the apartment. It is very well equipped, close to the historic center by public transport and in a quiet area. Everything went very well for the handover of the keys, the person was very accommodating. The only downside was the heat in the apartment, despite the fans provided (but we were there during a week of heatwave, it must not be the same all the time!).

Small remark: it would be wise to put a lock in the bathroom, some mosquito nets are torn and do not work; insufficient water pressure in the bathroom
