Very clean, new decorated and with all the facilities. Good located and a view on the canal. Close to supermarket, other shops, bars, restaurants and the Art Biennale spots, Arsenale and Giardini. It was a pleasant to be there for second time!

Not easy to find in a little Cul-de-sac. A very clean and spacious flat for up to 6 people with two new bathrooms. The surprise is the view over a little park to the laguna. Perfectly situated for the Biennale in the Arsenale part of Venice which is still quite italien.

We spent almost a week in this apartment while visiting the Biennale. It was super convenient to be right on Via Garibaldi. The apartment was fairly spacious by European standards and well kept up. XXX was super helpful and responsive. It had a great view of the lagoon and a little park below the windows. I highly recommend this place.
