Inside, it’s wonderfully rustic with original stone archways and an authentic fireplace in the kitchen-diner. Step outside and you’ve got a private garden and terrace for alfresco meals, plus a shared barbecue and pizza oven with the house next door. You’ll also have access to a shared swimming pool for slow mornings in the sun. When you’re ready for a change of pace, the town of Umbertide is just ten minutes away, with historic Perugia reachable in around forty.

*This home is one of two houses that share the swimming pool, barbecue, and pizza oven. If you're travelling in a larger group, you can speak to your host about renting both houses together.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The shared swimming pool is only available for use between June and mid-September.
