Beautiful house with pleasant surfaces, air-conditioned (essential for sleeping in the middle of summer - for your information, additional cost of €40 for 7 days of reasonable use), and faithful to the photos. The pool area is very appreciable and its shallow depth was perfect for our 7-year-old daughter. A few drawbacks: the mattress in the bedroom with mezzanine bounces too much, the shower in this room deserves to be improved, and the refrigerator does not cool enough. Finally, there are a lot of mosquitoes.

Beautiful holiday home in Tuscany. Idyllically located in the middle of vineyards and olive groves. The outdoor area has acquired a bit of rustic charm and should be freshened up. Otherwise we had a lovely time and were able to bear the hot temperatures thanks to the air conditioning and pool.

Good, slightly elevated location of the property. A corner townhouse with privacy. Since it is outside you need a car. However, the attractive cities can be reached in a short time.

Very nice house but 'three bathrooms' and 'four rooms' is a bit exaggerated. There is not enough privacy when you are going to inhabit it with 6 people. 2 x 2 maximum. Beautiful location. Amenities level in Lamporecchio limited. No interim cleaning & clean linen.
